Pourquoi cibler le Public Procurement en Suisse

La Suisse a signé un accord de libre-échange avec l’Union Européenne.

Dans le cadre d’un programme financé par l’Union Européenne, l’AWEX en partenariat avec Business France et Basque Trade and Investment, vous propose de vous positionner sur les appels d’offres du secteur public en Suisse.

Nous mettrons à votre disposition :
- une étude de marché,
- une étude juridique relative au Public Procurement en Suisse,
- des modules eLearning pour vous aider à répondre aux appels d’offres,
- une liste de sociétés françaises et basques prêtes à nouer des partenariats ou à échanger des bonnes pratiques avec vous
- une liste de partenaires locaux intéressés à créer des consortiums pour répondre ensemble aux appels d´offres,
- en marge de la mission, des contacts B2B personnalisés pourront également être organisés lors du Salon SUISSE PUBLIC à Berne.

Planning & Itinerary
The “Meet the Procurers” Mission (MTPM-SWI) will take place from the 6^th to the 7^th of June 2023 in Bern, the seat of the federal institutions in Switzerland. During the same week, the SUISSE PUBLIC fair will be held in Bern. It is Switzerland's largest and only specialist trade fair for public procurement, which attracts around 20,000 decision-makers from companies and public administrations.

Format
The MTPM-SWI will coincide with the 2023 edition of SUISSE PUBLIC, the aim of the mission will be to divide the time between a visit to the fair, lectures, and B2B-meetings. The mission will focus on:
- Swiss regulations, from cantonal to federal level, on how to approach public procurement calls.
- The challenges for foreign companies on the Swiss public procurement market.
- the opportunity to meet with targeted procurement entities.

DAY 1 - Monday 5^th June
PM: Arrival of the Delegates in Bern

DAY 2 - Tuesday 6^th June
AM/PM: Kick-off session at EU Delegation in Bern
The challenges and opportunities of the Swiss Public Procurement market

Speakers:         
- EU delegation (Natalie SLEEMAN, First Counsellor – Head of Sector Trade and Economic Affairs) – Welcome and thoughts on public procurement in Switzerland
- Federal Office of Transport (Mrs. Joanna OZIMEK) – How to approach the Swiss public procurement market? Information on construction or software bids.
- State Department for Economic Affairs (Adriano MOSER, Application Manager) – Where and how can I inform myself about public tenders in Switzerland?
- Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (…) - Framework conditions for public procurement according to the Public Procurement Act and how to obtain a mandate
- Chairman Cantonal Procurement Conference, Canton of Berne (Mr. Thomas FISCHER)
- École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Mr. David Pisacane) – Specific projects of the canton and tender calls
- Directors of EU companies (French, Belgium, Spanish…) with successful public market bids
- Evening: Networking event (delegates and major stakeholders from the session at the EU Delegation)

DAY 3 - Wednesday 7^th June
AM: SUISSE PUBLIC (www.suissepublic.ch)
- Welcome event in a private conference room.
- Presentations of the participants to potential buyers at the SUISSE PUBLIC or Swiss companies on the Swiss procurement market
- Visit of the expo, Q&A
PM:
- B2B Meetings at SUISSE PUBLIC (coordinated in advance between participants and companies/or cantonal/federal representatives at SUISSE PUBLIC)
Dedicated rooms will be available at the fair in order to facilitate interaction and discussion between the participants and potential buyers.

En pratique

La participation à l’évènement est entièrement gratuite pour tous les participants wallons. 
Les vols A/R et les frais d'hôtel sont à charge des participants. 
Chaque participant est responsable de ses réservations, notamment en ce qui concerne les vols et le logement.
