Companies are sometimes having difficulties closing deals that arise on an exhibition.
If the preparation of the exhibition is a crucial element, the follow-up is just as important to boost your chances of success.
With the upcoming seminar you will learn how to successfully:
Provide effective follow-up and negotiation
after your presence at an exhibition in Germany
As Germany is known for being the country of big international exhibitions, we will learn some intercultural communication and negotiation tools while we will also bring focus on how we should make deals and negotiate with German partners.
Overview of the agenda
- Understanding cultural dimensions and their impact on communication
- Strategies for effective negotiation across cultures
- Overcoming common challenges in intercultural negotiations
- Case studies and role-playing exercises
You should attend this seminar if…
- You wish to gain practical tools in cross-cultural negotiation in order to maximize your chance of co-operation that begin right after you successfully initiated contact with a potential German client
- You would like to enhance your ability to build trust with international partners and learn from experienced facilitators and real-world scenarios
- You already have attended the first session in March this year and would like to get a refresh and go deeper into the next step: what should we do after the exhibition, in order to conclude new partnerships? We look forward to welcoming you back for this advanced session.
This workshop will be held in English.
